Jake Brislane picked up his second medal at the Carifta Games with a superb run to finish second in the boys under-20 5,000 metres.
Brislane, who won a bronze medal in the 1,500 metres on the opening day of competition on Saturday, went one better on Monday night with a fantastic run to grab the silver medal.
